Refund policy

 To be eligible for a return, the hair oil bottle must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in its original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the product. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
